A Little More About Me

We all feel stuck sometimes and it helps to have an outside perspective. I enjoy the work of helping clients find their way out of unhealthy patterns and cycles that leave them feeling stuck. I use a variety of therapy techniques to help clients feel more hopeful and empowered in whatever their situation may be. I work with a variety of issues for varying ages and life stages. I would love to talk with you more to see if I might be a good fit to help you.

As a Christian, I am passionate about healthy relationships and individuals understanding their true value and worth. I also have a love for helping clients work through past hurt or struggles involving the Christian community. I do, however, follow a clients's lead in integrating faith in counseling.
