Thank you for stopping by our website and considering to work with me. I am a trained Spiritual Director and Soul Care practitioner. Scroll down below to find a lot of helpful information about what I work with and how to get started.
For many of us, on the outside it looks like we are functioning, healthy people, but we may feel a disconnect with what we experience internally. Spiritual Direction and Soul Care invite us to address why our souls feel more dead than alive. It invites us to journey through life’s toughest questions. I enjoy walking with individuals, couples, and families as they discover what it means for the heart to be fully awake and present.
Spiritual Direction and Soul Care are not counseling, in the sense that they are not designed to specifically address mental health issues. They are each a type of coaching. This type of coaching involves identifying specific spiritual strategies and spiritual goals. In our time together, if we come across material that needs to be handled by a mental health professional, I will make an appropriate referral for you.
GETTING STARTED WITH ME:
Scheduling
I do all my own scheduling and currently have a variety of times available throughout the week. The quickest and easiest way to explore whether spiritual direction with me would be a good fit is to email me at [email protected] or you may call me at (904) 540-1556.
Payment
Spiritual Direction sessions are $100 and last 60 minutes. All card charges will include a 3.5% processing fee.. Longer sessions may be booked if desired. I accept cash, checks, debit cards and credit cards. Payment is expected at the time of service. Unfortunately, Spiritual Direction is not covered by any Health Savings or Insurance plans. Invoice or receipt available upon request.
Forms
All intake forms must be completed online prior to your first appointment with me by completing online intake forms and bringing them with you or you may complete those in the office.

A Little About Me
My heart is deeply moved when people have the courage to step into the hard questions of life. It takes great courage and vulnerability to express fears, doubts, and struggles. And I consider it sacred ground to sit across from someone who is willing to share their deepest vulnerabilities. It is a profound satisfaction to offer where I see the image of God in others when they may not being seeing it in themselves. I see it as my life’s aspiration to spend my time offering the beauty I see in others and not just their brokenness. My desire is to walk with people as they journey toward wholeness and wholehearted living, and I do this by continuously reminding people who they are. I look forward to sitting with those of you who so courageously seek to love and be loved by God. I am with you and for your heart.
