It's okay to not be okay! Therapy is a place to process your thoughts and feelings, to examine struggles, and to be regarded with respect and empathy. Therapy is also a place to come away from with tangible and applicable solutions.
Clients who work with me are usually those who feel stuck, knowing there is the potential to be happier but not sure how to get out from under the problem. They might feel stuck in a job, a relationship, a mindset, or a specific situation. In therapy, sometimes we peel back the layers to process grief or a difficult past in order to heal, uncover strengths, or discover unhelpful thinking styles. Of course, therapy can just simply be a place to sit with a non-judgmental person to help process thoughts or feelings you wrestle with. When not at the office, I am at home with my husband of 17 years and our two teenagers, at the beach with the dog, or knee deep in several books at once! I work most often with:
I offer a free 10 minute phone consultation to help you determine if we will be a good fit to work together. Email to schedule a call. Scheduling I schedule all of my own clients. Please use the button to the left to schedule online. Payment A standard counseling session is 50 minutes and the cost is $100. Bundles are available for a savings of 20%. Email me for details!
