Our primary goals for individuals are 1) to “reframe” uncomfortable, distressing or perplexing situations into opportunities for healing, growth, change and restoration 2) give some real, practical, doable steps to take and 3) orient people towards a much larger story that is unfolding alongside their own.
Couples Counseling : 50-90 Minutes
If you are dating, engaged, or married, we'd love the opportunity to walk with you through this unique season as you pursue lifelong love. We are uniquely equipped to help couples explore suitability for marriage, rekindle that romantic spark, process unattended heartaches, and help you navigate through a new season of life in whatever season you find yourselves.
Family Counseling : 50-90 Minutes
We love working with every angle of the family. If you looked at our schedule on any given day, you'd probably see a few married couples, some exhausted and burnt-out parents, a college student, a 4th-12th grader, someone having an affair, someone who has been crushed by a loss or a person who is wrestling through their attraction to the same gender. We find that a person's willingness to come in and simply talk about things creates at least 50% of the change they are looking for.
Soul Care Intensive : 3-5 Days
A dedicated time, most often 3-5 days, focused on the care and recovery of your self and soul. For many, an intensive comes after a particularly intense season of life and service. For others, it may serve as a creative launching point for your professional sabbatical. Still some may long to take a particular pointed look at a key area that is causing some distress. Growth is slow but intensives provide the necessary space for accelerating insight. One intensive experience has the potential to equal a 6-12 months worth of counseling.
