Ask your Elbow Tree therapist about an opportunity to save some money on counseling fees. When you prepay for a bundle of 8 sessions or more, you will receive 20% off your counseling fees. For example, when you can prepay for 8 sessions, the cost per session hour goes down from $150 per session hour to $120 per session hour. An 8-session bundle at that price point is $960 (plus a 3.5% fee if paid by card which would be $993.60).

PRICING : LICENSED PROFESSIONALS

$150 per hour
50-minute counseling session by phone, or video with a licensed professional for individuals, couples and families. 
$70 per hour
One counseling email exchange with a licensed professional. Includes two email exchanges; 2 initiated by client and 2 thoughtful responses by clinician.

PRICING : PRE-LICENSED PROFESSIONALS

$125 per hour
50-minute counseling session by phone, or video with a PRE-licensed professional for individuals, couples and families. 
$55 per hour
One counseling email exchange with a PRE-licensed professional. Includes two email exchanges; 2 initiated by client and 2 thoughtful responses by clinician. ​

CANCELATION FEES

Clients who "no show" or cancel appointments within 24 hours of their scheduled appointments will be charged the full hourly fee.
  • Licensed Counselors: $150 cancelation fee
  • Pre-Licensed Professionals: $125 cancelation fee​

CARD FEES

We require all clients to keep an active credit or debit card stored securely on file. Clients are invited to pay with cash or checks made payable to Elbow Tree. 

Should clients elect to pay for services with a credit, debit or HSA card, an additional 3.5% card fee will added to the total bill. 

Example: If your counseling appointment cost $150 per hour, your total charge would be $155.25 to account for the $5.25 card fee.
