The Elbow Tree Collective is a locally curated community of high school students who have a growing interest in exploring issues relevant to mental health and human flourishing.
High school students may apply to participate in an eight month co-hort designed to cultivate an awareness of the growing need for competent and compassionate counselors.

- Extended time with seasoned counselors and soul care practitioners.
- Monthly individual counseling and spiritual direction.
- Learn about trauma and recovery from practitioners and survivors.
- Exposure to Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Read three key texts:
- The Gift of Being Yourself by Dr. David Benner
- Wholeheartedness by Dr. Chuck DeGroat
- Spend time in a therapeutic group environment processing core emotions
