Insurance Questions?
Please Note: We do not take insurance, we are considered “self-pay.” However, if you meet with one of our licensed clinicians, they can provide a "Super Bill" for reimbursement by your insurance provider if you have “Out of Network Benefits.”
In general, we recommend you check with your insurance company to see if there is a co-pay or a limit to the number of sessions you are allowed.
Please also be aware that using insurance requires your counselor to diagnose a mental health disorder. Many of the issues clients are seeking counseling services for do not meet diagnosis requirements, and therefore insurance will not pay for these visits. Couples and families are often limited by this requirement.
If you have determined you do have benefits and are unable to use your insurance for "out of network" providers, we recommend you visit the website PsychologyToday.com as it is the most up-to-date and accurate counselor directory used widely by therapists across the country. You can input your city, and then filter by your insurance company and many other criteria you might prefer.
