GETTING STARTED WITH ME
I do all of my own scheduling and have a variety of days and times available. The quickest and easiest way to make an appointment is to contact me directly by calling my cell phone number or emailing me. Once your appointment has been confirmed, I will send you my Intake documents. Please complete, print, and bring the documents to your first appointment. If you have any questions or need assistance you may of course call or email me.
PAYMENT
The standard fee for all clients for a 50-minute session is $150. I accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, credit cards, and health savings account cards. All card charges will include a 3.5% processing fee. It is the policy of Elbow Tree that the session fee is paid prior to the end of each session. I currently do not participate in any insurance networks.
DISCOUNTED FEES
Pre-pay for 8-10 sessions and take 20% off of the hourly fee. 8 sessions is $960 and 10 sessions is $1200. Your bundle may be distributed among multiple family members.
FORMS
All intake forms must be completed online prior to your first appointment.
ARRIVAL
When you arrive to our Elbow Tree St. Augustine office, pull in behind the building to find a parking spot. Enter through the rear door. Make yourself at home. Relax in the waiting room until I come and get you. If its a couple minutes past the top of the hour, don't panic. I'll be out momentarily to greet you.
CANCELLATIONS
Please give me 24-hours notice if you need to cancel our appointment. Last minute cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee unless it is a medical emergency.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME...
I love living in St. Augustine! My parents moved me here when I was four years old. Though I lived in south Florida for 24 years, I returned to this ever-growing "little fishing village" following the sudden death of my husband of 23 years. Outdoor activities and my Yorkie, Daniel, keep me busy.
