About counseling with Aubrey
Aubrey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has been with her husband over 20 years and has two teenage children. Aubrey and her husband completed premarital counseling before they married and they both can’t say enough good things about the experience.
Aubrey uses PREPARE/ENRICH to guide your sessions together. Beginning with assessment, the program is based on decades of research and what makes relationships successful, but is also tailored specifically to your needs as a unique couple! See below for the link to a sample report.
What is the cost and the commitment?
PREPARE/ENRICH is generally 4-8 sessions per couple. We can discuss your goals, time limit, and budget in person to craft your ideal experience. After your first meeting Aubrey will provide you each a link to complete an assessment separately. Results are private and only seen by your counselor! Results will be discussed at the next session and you will chose what areas to work on depending on your timeline.
Cost is $125/session. You can chose to pay as you go, or you can purchase a package of 4 sessions for a 10% discount or 8 sessions for a 20% discount. Packages never expire! If you don’t use all 8 sessions you will have a credit to be used at any later date by one or both of you.
