Every client is of inestimable worth so we count it the highest privilege to intentionally join with our clients in this work.  
  • Mindful. Every one of our team members possess a high level of emotional intelligence. We are each committed to our own practice of self care as not to add any additional burden onto our clients. We seek out spiritual directors and therapists and routinely place ourselves in the posture as clients to care well for that which we have been given. We are not experts as much as we are students. 
  • Masterful. Every one of our team members is committed to the ongoing mastery of their craft as a competent trauma informed clinician. Lived out, that looks like seeking professional training in the most effective research based interventions and incorporating these new skills and strengths into our practice.
